It's been a while since I have read this book.
My likes: I thought it was refreshing to see the change in Eustace and I liked being introduced to Jill Pole. I also like Puddleglum. I like how pessimistic Puddleglum is and how he says the other marsh-wiggles think Puddleglum is flighty. I like the giants too and how Jill tries to charm them.
Dislikes You know how in an action movie, the hero lets the villian monologue as a distraction so they can escape? It's an old trick and in this book , it's the other way around. The lady of the green kirtle distracts the good guys just enough so she can make them forget about themselves. I didn't like that part because it was obvious what she was doing and I was so into the book that I was like "Don't listen to her just go!"
