I just got back from seeing the movie Taken starring Liam Neeson. The main plot a former spy needs to rely on his old skills to find his daughter that has been taken in to the slave trade world.
The movie starts out with Liam thinking about his daughter. He is divorced and his ex has remarried a rich man so Liam's daughter is very spoiled by step dad. After Liam gives his daughter his present for her birthday step dad does one up on him. That is one thing that irked me about the movie was the mother seemed thrilled with the fact that she had money and that life is always perfect and nothing bad ever happens. She sure did get a wake up call to what reality is like.
When Liam's daughter is talking to him on the phone after she has arrived in Paris France and is in her friends cousin's residence she sees men in the house through a window. Her father goes into spy mode and keeps her calm. He knows that she is in danger and tells her that she has to remain calm.
This movie was very fast moving and kept my attention the whole time. I didn't look at my watch to see what time it was or anything. If you enjoy action and suspense than go and see Taken!!
