Pern had reached a point of desperation when the Weyrwomen of Telgar decided that they had to implement a new plan. They would send riders back in time, forming a Weyr on the Southern Continent. These riders would then be safe from the plagues and being two hundred Turns in the past they would be safe from Threadfall. The riders at this new weyr, named Nova, came foreward in time to fight thread when Telgar was stretched thin.
This would have been the perfect plan except there was a leak and Igen Weyr found out. They wanted to send their own Goldrider and a couple others to make sure their interests were being upheld. Through blackmail, they were able to do so. Two Golds, six Bronzes, eight browns, ten blues and twenty greens made it to Nova Weyr. The nearby Hold, Star Hold, had been established turns earlier in order to provide for the Weyr as needed.
This new Weyr is a secret, its location, its existence, everything. Dragonriders sent here are presumed dead; as are the caverns workers and holders sent with them.
~ Nova Weyr is a newly established Weyr.
~ Dragon colors are canon.
~ We have many positions available including but not limited to: Headwoman, Candidate Master, Lord & Lady Holder…
~ One of our Queens will be rising in the near future, it’s a perfect time to create a Candidate. That being said, we do have active Search riders who would be more than happy to Search your Candidate.
~ Firelizards will be allowed to those who live at Star Hold and Nova Weyr. They are on the Southern Continent and thus more apt to find Firelizards.
~ We have several members already who are active and friendly.
~ The board will open for roleplay this week.
