“Ronald! Harry! Come here quick!” Hermione shouted from the Weasley’s kitchen up the stairs to where the boys were talking about things. Guys things where Hermione instead was staying in the kitchen with Ginny. The whole Weasley house was still getting over the death of their son Fred Weasley and also the deaths of Tonks and Remus Lupin. Both of them were dear friends to the Weasley family. And they left a son behind. Teddy who Harry was the godfather of.
“Hermione what is it?” Ron asked patiently after there new found relationship. Usually in the past he would have sounded annoyed that she interrupted them. Yet Hermione didn’t even have to answer them. She was holding up three letters with the Hogwarts Emblem on it. One was addressed to Hermione Granger. The other Ronald Weasley and finally the last one were addressed to Harry Potter.

Draco Malfoy held up the letter to the light to try and read what exactly was written in it. It was from Hogwarts but his seventh year was last year? Why would he get another letter? His family paid a price dearly for being with the Death Eaters who attacked Hogwarts at the Last battle. Lord Voldemort was dead and now the people who were death eaters and their families were almost being segregated from society. The tattoo would never go away so the Malfoy family was marked for life.
“What do you have there, son?” came Lucius Malfoy’s cold voice as he entered the kitchen where Draco was holding the letter up to the window.
“A letter.” Draco started trying not to sound worried on what was inside the letter. “From Hogwarts.” He said after another good second of silence. His father didn’t even ask for he just took it out of his son’s hand and tore it open quickly reading the contents inside.
“Your going.” Were his father’s only words before Lucius walked out of the kitchen leaving the letter on the kitchen counter for his son to read.

“Yes!” Astoria Greengrass screamed when an owl showed up at her kitchen window. She knew what that owl was for. This was her seventh year at Hogwarts. A time for her to be the one on top. Always the Slytherin Prince was Draco Malfoy and the Slytherin Princess was Pansy Parkinson. Not any more. They were gone. They had their chance last year. This year she was taking the title was Slytherin Princess.
The youngest Greengrass ran to the owl and took the letter off the leg. She barely even read whom it was addressed to. It couldn’t be to anyone else. Her sister was suppose to graduate last year but after the battle there just was kind of no more school. Yet while she was trying to rip the seal she managed to look at the name. The name read: Daphne Greengrass. This time Astoria screamed with hate and shock. Her sister was getting another chance at school?

“Hogwarts is asking the seventh year students from last year is they want another chance? To you know get the grades they need to find jobs and just to say they did graduate from school. Its great McGonagall is doing this.” Hermione explained to the boys.
“We can go back? As what?” Ron asked seeing that the students wouldn’t stay down a year just for them.
“The letters say as Eighth Year students. We would still be in the same house. We can even still do Quidditch I think.” Hermione responded.
“Should we do it? There still is a lot of talk.” Harry stated. Yes tons of talk and rumors have gone around since Harry killed Voldemort.
“I am.” Hermione said showing she was going no matter what. They all knew she wanted the grades.
“I will too.” Ron said agreeing with Hermione.
“Well I have to go.” Came Ginny’s voice who just came in the room letter in hand and Head Girl pin on her chest.
“Then I guess we are going back to Hogwarts.” Harry said smiling at all of them.
